 All Coworking Members have access to our facilities via personal entry system 24/7/365. Guest visitors may have to book based on availability 

The office is not staffed at all times. If you want to come for a tour or anything, please book a  time on our website or contact us. We want to make sure we will be available for your questions. Our tour usually takes only 15 minutes.

Frankly, the only way to find out for sure is to take a leap. We don’t have free trials but, if you feel you need to test it, you can always purchase a day pass and if you join within 24 hours of your day pass, we will apply the credit back to your account. All this said, please keep in mind that we are month-to-month. There is virtually no risk of making a wrong commitment. 

No. Our memberships operate on a month-to-month basis. We only require a signed membership agreement to formalize the terms of use for all our members.

No. Your part-time days are completely flexible—use them whenever you like throughout the month. Unlimited and fixed desk members have access 7 days a week, whenever they want. 

A member can have one free guest each month. The member should never share the private digital access key, and they should notify us of the presence of their guests because they need to sign a day use limited liability form.  Guests staying less than 2 hours are always free.

Please contact us and let us know what other days you plan on coming. We will charge you the discounted member day pass rate for any extra days.

Yes, you can bring unlimited guests for free as long as you follow a few basic rules:

  • Be present: You are fully responsible for your visitors at all times.
  • Manage access: You greet them and only share temporary access codes with your guests.
  • Keep it to meetings: Guests should leave once your meeting or visit is finished.

If a guest stays to work from the space rather than just visiting, a standard day pass will be charged to your membership.

Yes, only for full time memberships and with an added symbolic fee. We just need to know that these are your intentions. One person will be responsible for billing.

No. Memberships are assigned per person, not per company. Every individual accessing the space requires their own active membership.

No, we don’t offer the ability to rollover. 

  • Days are not fractionable: A day counts as a full day, regardless of how many hours you spend in the space.
  • Exceeding your plan: Yes, you can visit more often than your plan allows—just let us know, and we will bill you for the extra days.

Yes, we offer permanent/fixed desks. If you sign up for a ‘fix desk’ membership, pick your favorite of what’s available

We have designed our space to be as ergonomic and flexible as possible. We encourage you to switch it up at least every few hours for better health and a new perspective. We offer good chairs, standing desks, ball chairs, and other options. Find a space that suits you best for a while and then keep moving. It’s good for you!

Yes, you should bring your Wi-Fi-ready computer to use on our high-speed internet connection.

We do not have dedicated parking lots. Parking in all side streets all around our office is always easy to find.

Yes. As a member, you get complementary access to all of our meeting rooms, regardless of location.

We currently don’t enforce strict caps or hour limits, but we do ask that you follow two simple guidelines:

  • There must be an in-person meeting taking place with someone present.
  • The main boardroom requires a minimum occupancy of at least 4 people.

Our memberships are month-to-month. Please give us your written notice (email will suffice) 30 days prior to cancel your membership for the following month. We also allow free pausing for up to 90 days.

Sadly not. We kept a seat for you off the market. 

Yes, you can temporarily leave your belongings at your desk while you step out for lunch or run errands. However, unless you have a private desk or office where items can stay overnight, every desk must be completely cleared by the end of the day.

  • Lockers: You can rent a locker for a small fee to store your things.
  • Security & Liability: Our doors are always locked and the premises are monitored, but your belongings remain entirely your responsibility—we do not insure them and take no responsibility for missing items.

 Printing is free for members, but we ask that you be considerate.

Our printer is intended for everyday business use, If you need to print large projects like books, scrapbooks, or marketing campaigns, please use a local print shop. Printing responsibly helps us keep this a free benefit for everyone—and helps the environment, too!

Please label all personal food in the fridge or pantry. Food without a name might be eaten by others or thrown out on cleaning day. 

No, we included all costs for coffee and tea in your membership as long as everyone uses our resources mindfully.

Yes. Please clean up after yourself. Please use our shared space with respect and keep it clean and orderly. You won’t have to help with regular cleaning, but please clean up after yourself and help yourself to a broom or paper towel or any cleaning supply you need. We take care of the deeper cleaning weekly.

Coffee supplies are in the pantry. Help yourself.

Yes! We regularly host fun community activities, including waffle breakfasts, spontaneous lunches, and monthly seminars. We also aim to throw quarterly, family-focused parties where everyone can connect as friends—no hard selling or mandatory networking required. 

Yes, please bring a guest. You are fully responsible for any actions of your guests’ actions, and they can’t be left alone in our space.

We love both kids and pets, but we have to set a few ground rules for everyone’s comfort:

  • Children: School-aged, well-behaved children are welcome for a brief visit under strict parental supervision (no running, screaming, or disruptive behavior).
  • Pets: Pets are a strict “no” due to insurance policies and landlord limitations. However, service animals with the appropriate paperwork are fully exempt.

We have several member events, and most are also for friends and family. Friends and family members are always welcome to tour the space and to join us at our free coworking meetup.

You can rent the entire space for your party, workshop, or private event on weekends and part of the space on weekday nights. Please contact us for more details.

No. If you have to smoke, please go outside. Thank you.

We allow alcohol for member events and after hours. If you get intoxicated or irritable, we will need to ask you to leave.
